Arrival, departure
You are welcome to occupy the accommodation between 3 pm and 9 pm on the day of arrival and leave it by 10:30 am on the day of departure. If you opted for a different time, please let us know when booking.
Keys
You will receive your own key upon arrival. Please inform us of the estimated time of arrival in the comments at the comment by reservation.
Payment and deposit
We always ask for a deposit in advance. The deposit is to be paid within 2 working days of booking. The deposit equals 30% of the total price of the reservation. The necessary information and the bank account number for the payment you can find in the confirmation e-mail.
In case we would not receive the deposit within 2 business days of the reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy
If cancelled or modified 7 days before the expected day of arrival before 4 pm, the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled or modified past this deadline or in case of no-show, the deposit (30% of the total price of the reservation) will not be refunded.
Number of guests, prices
The property can be used with the number of people specified at the time of booking. The accommodation cost includes the utilities: water, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, unlimited wireless internet usage. The prices on the website already include the tourist tax, which would be 400 Ft/person/night. In addition to the confirmed accommodation cost, you will not have to pay anything extra.
Placement of children
Children up to 2 years stay for free. We also provide a cot with a mattress and a high chair. Please let us know in advance. Thank you!

Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, coffee machine, cutlery, pots and pans for cooking and plates for serving.
Bathroom: shower, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, washing machine.
Fan, air conditioning, iron, TV (satellite channels), board games, books, slippers.
Cleanliness and order
We clean the apartment after each guest leaving, and provide clean bedlinen and towels to new guests. Please remove bed linen upon departure. Thank you!
Catering
Closest to our apartment, a bus stop away or 5 minutes on foot, there is a convenience store at Tettye square, where you can buy groceries. Opening hours: 6-22. There are also 2 restaurants there.
